We did this ourselves, before we did it for anyone else.
EduConsult is Evely and Daniel. We each left the country we grew up in to study at university abroad, and we each went through the whole process to get there: the documents, the translations, the deadlines that don't move, and the long wait afterwards.
Evely founded EduConsult after completing her own application. She had used educational consultancies herself along the way, which gave her a clear view of what good support looks like and where it falls short for students applying from Estonia. She started EduConsult to do that part properly. Daniel joined shortly after.

Evely founded EduConsult and is the person you will actually work with. Consultations, correspondence, university selection and document preparation all run through her.
She went to school in Estonia and applied abroad from the Estonian system, which is exactly where most of our students are standing. She knows how Estonian grades convert, which documents Estonian schools issue and which they don't, and the parts of the process the school system leaves you to work out for yourself.
Daniel
Technology & Development · Spain
Daniel is from Spain and completed the International Baccalaureate in Argentina, the international secondary-school diploma, applying to universities in Europe from the other side of the world.
He builds and maintains the systems EduConsult runs on: the university search tool, the document tools, and this website. That work is what lets Evely spend her time with students instead of on admin.

- Estonian, Russian, English and Spanish. We work in whichever is easiest for you and your family.
- Based
- The Netherlands, working with students in Estonia. Meetings are online, and in person when we can.
- Who you deal with
- Evely, directly. There is no team behind us, no call centre, and nobody your enquiry gets passed along to.
- How we split it
- Evely knows the educational side and handles every student personally. Daniel builds the tools that make that work faster and more thorough.
We're small, and we intend to stay that way. It means we can pay attention to the details that matter on an individual application: your grades, your budget, your circumstances and the specific universities you're aiming at, instead of running everyone through the same template.
