From payment until you receive a decision.

- Arranging certified translations of your documents where a university requires them
- Guidance on your motivation letter — we help you write it, we don't write it for you
- Checking every document before it goes
- Completing and submitting the application with you
- Tracking every deadline
- Following up with the university until a decision arrives
What's not included
- University application fees
- The translator's fee, which you pay directly
- Courier and postage costs
- Visa or residence permit fees
How payment works
After your free 20-minute intro call, we send you a service agreement and an invoice. Once the agreement is signed and payment has been received by bank transfer, we begin work. We don't start before both are done, and we don't ask for anything after.
Because we begin as soon as payment arrives, you confirm when signing the agreement that you want work to start immediately, and that you therefore give up the 14-day withdrawal period that normally applies to services bought online. Once work has begun, payments are not refundable.
Third-party costs — application fees, translations, apostille, courier and visa fees — are paid by you directly to the relevant organisation. We'll always tell you what they are before you commit.
